Shipping rates will vary based on order size, weight, and destination. 
Your packages may be subjected to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which your order ships. 
Shipping time frames depends on where you are located. It generally takes between 5 and 10 working days. Delays in customs are becoming increasingly common. Final delivery may take longer to reach some international destinations due to border restrictions and potential holds at customs.

      Merrybubs offers two shipping options, Standard Delivery and Express Delivery. Shipping occurs during normal business days (Monday – Friday), excluding public holidays.

      7 Day Return Policy (For Domestic Purchase)

      Changed your mind or are not satisfied with your purchase?

      Simply return the unused item within 7 days for an exchange or refund. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs when sending the item back to us. If your original order was sent with Free Shipping, return shipping charges of $25 (for large items like play mat) will be deducted from your refund.

      Merrybubs reserves the right to assess the condition of returned product prior to offering an exchange or refund. If the product received are deemed used, soiled, damaged or without the original packaging, under no circumstances will a refund or credit be given.

      In rare case of defective item, exchange would be the same as original item purchased.
